RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
✔️All regular priced items are subject to a refund, exchange or store credit.
✔️If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request return/exchange within 2 days for from the date your order was originally received.
✔️All personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial.
✔️Sale items are only subject to exchange/store credit unless otherwise stated.
✔️Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
✔️Customer is responsible for paying returning shipping.
✔️Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
✔️All sale items are final sale, cannot be returned for refund.

A Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you by email within 1-2 business days. Once received, please print and send it along with the original invoice and the goods you wish to return. The RMA number is valid for a period of 7 days, so please be sure to process your return immediately. Returns received without an online account cannot be processed. Please note that returns may take up to 5 business days for processing once received. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by email and issued a refund or online store credit to apply to your next purchase.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
✔️Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer`s possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
✔️Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition.
✔️It has passed 2 days since the original merchandise delivery date. Please refer to our customer return policy.
Returns must be in original condition, never worn, with all original packaging, including the original invoice and the RMA. We will not be able to accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions.
